SUN VENDING TECHNOLOGY ("SVT") is committed to conducting business responsibly and fairly towards all stakeholders of the company, through controlled operations under a framework of good corporate governance policies. This includes organising structures, maintaining management systems, implementing control mechanisms, and balancing powers, as well as fostering relationships between the board of directors, executives, employees, and shareholders. SVT also provides opportunities for all stakeholders to lodge complaints when there are grievances or instances that contradict the company's policies of good corporate governance and/or code of conduct. This approach extends to addressing inquiries or suggestions.
