1 January: The company relocated its headquarters to 34 Krungthep Kreetha Road, Hua Mak Subdistrict, Bangkapi District, Bangkok 10240.

5 January: The company officially registered the relocation of its company address with the Ministry of Commerce.

In 2023, the company expanded its service areas for installing vending machines in various sectors, such as gas stations, sky train stations, condominiums, construction sites, etc., with the number of vending machines servicing in more than 32 provinces, totaling over 16,277 machines.

8 August: Passed the evaluation of the "Assessment of Shareholders' Annual General Meeting Quality for the Year 2023" (AGM Checklist) with a score of 95%.

7 November: Received an evaluation result of 110% in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2023, CGR Checklist.

On 1 January, the 12th branch was opened in Lamphun province.

We declared our commitment to join the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) to be a part of addressing corruption issues within Thailand's business sector. We received acceptance on 12 April 2022.

November: Opened the 15th branch in Pathum Thani.

At the annual general meeting on 22 March 2021, a resolution was passed to distribute dividends for the year 2021, totaling 81 million baht, to the shareholders holding 45 million shares, at an average rate of 1.80 baht per share.

The company increased its registered capital from 450 million baht to 500 million baht by offering the existing shareholders the opportunity to purchase additional shares in proportion to their existing shareholding at the offered selling price based on the face value (10 baht per share). This was intended to be used as revolving capital. Additionally, there was a change in the face value per share from 10.00 baht to 1.00 baht.

On 2 April 2021, the company underwent a change in status to become a public limited company and changed its name to "Sun Vending Technology Public Company Limited". Additionally, it registered an increase in capital by 200 million baht to offer additional ordinary shares to the general public, totaling 200 million shares, with a face value of 1.00 baht per share.

On 5 October, the company was registered for trading on the stock market with an initial public offering (IPO) price of 2.54 baht per share.

At the annual general meeting on 23 March 2020, a resolution was passed to distribute dividends for the year 2020, totaling 45 million baht, to the shareholders holding 45 million shares, at an average rate of 1 baht per share.

On 1 April 2020, the company ceased its distribution and logistic services business operations entirely and transferred its assets for business operations to a cooperative within the Sahapat group.

At the annual general meeting on 29 April 2019, a resolution was passed to distribute dividends for the year 2019, totaling 45 million baht, to the shareholders holding 45 million shares, at an average rate of 1 baht per share.

On 13 May 2019, the company signed a joint distribution agreement with Hunan Zhonggu Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (TCN), a manufacturer of automatic machines from China, under the brand name TCN. These machines are glass-front vending machines

On 18 December 2019, the company entered into a joint distribution agreement with Sanden Engineering System (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (SANDEN), a manufacturer of machines from Japan. These machines distribute beverages in cans and bottles.

Received the award for outstanding quality manufacturing enterprise for the year 2019 from the Department of Industrial Promotion.

The company distributed dividends for the year 2018 totaling 210 million baht to shareholders holding 30 million shares, with an average of 7 baht per share.

On 27 November 2018, at the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting, a resolution was passed for the company to increase its registered capital from 300 million baht to 450 million baht. This was proposed by offering the existing shareholders the opportunity to purchase additional shares in proportion to their existing shareholding at the face value (10 baht per share), in order to enhance the efficiency of the system.

The company opened a branch in Suwinthawong on 1 September 2018, to distribute products and provide additional services in various retail businesses.

The company opened a subsidiary branch in Khon Kaen province as a distribution point for the Korat branch's products.

The company distributed a dividend of 200 million baht for the year 2017 to shareholders holding 10 million shares, with an average of 20 baht per share. The company, additionally, increased its registered capital from 100 million baht to 300 million baht by offering new shares to existing shareholders in proportion, totaling 20 million shares with a face value of 10 baht per share. Some shares were also offered to employees at the same price. The additional capital was used to expand the vending machine factory in Chachoengsao province.

The company purchased land adjacent to the existing factory to expand the factory in Chachoengsao province by another 8 Rai, totaling approximately 10 Rai in total. This expansion is to accommodate the refurbishment unit and assembly of machines, as there has been an expansion of branches and continuous installation of vending machines.

The company opened additional branches during the period of 2013-2014, totaling 3 branches:

  • On 2 January 2013, opened a branch in Prachinburi.
  • On 2 May 2013, opened a branch in Ratchaburi.
  • On 1 October 2014, opened a branch in Rayong.

The company entered into a contract with Saha Lawson Co., Ltd. (SL) to provide warehouse management and distribution services to retail stores of Lawson108 starting from February 2013.

The company initiated the operation of its first factory in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province, on a 2-Rai area owned by the company. The purpose of the factory was to refurbish and assemble vending machines for sales and for the company's own use in distributing products through vending machines.

On 3 February 2011, the company opened an additional branch in Nakhon Ratchasima Province (Korat Branch) to distribute products and provide services in the northeastern region, serving as a gateway to the Northeast.

On 2 January 2009, the company opened an additional branch in Wang Noi District, Ayutthaya Province (Ayutthaya Branch) to distribute products and provide services in Ayutthaya Province and nearby areas. The Bangkapi branch was relocated to the area of Suan Luang District (currently Suan Luang branch).

On 1 November 2007, the company changed its name to Sun108 Co., Ltd. to continue its retail business of selling products through vending machines and its logistics services business. The registered capital is 100 million baht.

Due to the rapid growth of the vending machine sales business, the company proceeded to open a branch in Chonburi province to distribute products and increase the number of vending machines in the Eastern region.

The company received the transfer of the logistics and distribution Center business (DC) from a company within Sahapat group.

The company acquired the retail business in the form of vending machine product distribution from Sahapat group. Initially, there were 2 branches: Sathupradit Branch and Bangkapi Branch, with approximately 1,790 vending machines

The company was impacted by economic crises and the depreciation of the Thai currency, leading to a debt restructuring process involving reducing capital, increasing capital, converting debt to equity, and gradually discontinuing the distribution business of photographic products and electrical appliances

During the period from 1979 to 1992, the company increased its capital from 2.5 million baht to 5 million baht, 15 million baht, 50 million baht, and finally 100 million baht, respectively

Sun color Co., Ltd. has been appointed as a distributor for colored film products, audio equipment, and electrical appliances from Japan, as well as speaker-related products and equipment from Canada

Sun color Co., Ltd. was registered with a paid-up capital of 2.5 million baht to serve as a distributor of stationery and office supplies, along with providing image printing services
