Sun Vending Technology Public Company Limited
Founded by the Chokwatana Group in the year 1975 under the name Sun Color Company Limited, initially engaged in the stationery business and acting as a distributor of colored films, audio equipment, televisions, and videos. It wasn't until the year 2000 that the company acquired the retail vending machine business from ICC International Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Sahapat Group. Currently, ICC holds 8.25% of the company's shares. With dedicated management efforts, the vending machine business has continuously grown. Consequently, the management team decided to rename the company to Sun 108 Company Limited, effective from 1 November 2007. At that time, the registered capital amounted to 100 million baht. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public company limited, changing its name to "Sun Vending Technology Public Company Limited," and increasing its registered capital by an additional 200 million baht on 2 April 2021. Furthermore, the company successfully registered for trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and commenced trading on 5 October 2021.
