To provide greater value to customers, the Sun V membership system rewards customers with points every time they purchase products from Sun Vending machines and enter their phone number to collect points.

Point Collection Rules

Earn 1 point for every 4 THB spent.
Purchases must be made at Sun Vending machines.
Customers must enter their phone number after completing payment.
Membership registration is required through LINE OA: @sunvending

Point Calculation

Points are calculated based on every 4 THB spent = 1 point.
Any remaining amount less than 4 THB will not be counted.

Examples

Spend 12 THB → Receive 3 points
Spend 13 THB → Receive 3 points (13 ÷ 4 = 3.25; decimals are rounded down)
Spend 20 THB → Receive 5 points

Multiple Item Purchases (Cart Purchase)

If customers purchase multiple items in a single transaction, the system calculates points based on the total net bill amount, not per item.

Example

Product A: 13 THB
Product B: 15 THB
Total: 28 THB → Receive 7 points

Purchasing multiple items together helps maximize point calculations based on the total purchase amount.

Point Expiration

Reward points earned from purchases are valid for 1 year plus 1 quarter, based on the quarter in which the purchase was made.

Examples

Points earned between Jan – Mar (Q1) expire at the end of March the following year.
Points earned between Apr – Jun (Q2) expire at the end of June the following year.
Points earned between Jul – Sep (Q3) expire at the end of September the following year.
Points earned between Oct – Dec (Q4) expire at the end of December the following year.

The SUN V membership level system is designed to reward members based on accumulated points. The more points members earn, the higher their membership level and benefits.

SUN (Entry Level)

Available to all members
Receive discounts once per month : 1 THB or 2 THB discount coupon

Silver

Minimum 2,000 points
Receive discounts twice per month : 3 THB coupon ×1 and 5 THB coupon ×1

Gold

Minimum 3,500 points
Receive discounts 3 times per month : 3 THB coupon ×1 and 5 THB coupon ×2

Platinum

Minimum 5,000 points
Receive discounts 4 times per month : 3 THB coupon ×1 and 5 THB coupon ×2 and 10 THB coupon ×1

Membership Level Maintenance

Membership levels are calculated based on the calendar year (Jan 1 – Dec 31).
At the end of each year, qualification points reset to 0.
Redeemable reward points are not reset, but they will expire according to the expiration policy.
Members retain their current membership level for one additional year.
In the following year, members must accumulate points again to maintain or upgrade their membership level.

System Example

Year 1

The member accumulates enough points to achieve Gold level.

Year 2

The member remains at Gold level throughout the year.
Points restart from 0.
The member must accumulate points again to maintain Gold level for the following year.

Year 3

The system evaluates the points earned during Year 2.
If the Gold criteria are met → Gold status remains.
If the member qualifies for a lower or higher tier → The membership level adjusts accordingly.

Summary

Points reset every January 1.
Membership levels do not disappear immediately and remain active for one additional year.
Members must earn points again to maintain or upgrade their membership level.

Benefits increase according to the membership level, as follows:

SUN Level: 1 discount per month (1 THB or 2 THB coupon)

Gold Level: 3 discounts per month (3 THB coupon ×1, 5 THB coupon ×2)
Platinum Level: 4 discounts per month (3 THB coupon ×1, 5 THB coupon ×2, 10 THB coupon ×1)
