SVT Holds Leaders Camp 2026: “Build Yourself, Build Great People”

On July 18, 2026, Sun Vending Technology Public Company Limited (SVT) organized Leaders Camp 2026: Module 1, “Build Yourself, Build Great People,” at the Town Hall Meeting Room, Headquarters Building. The program was held to develop leadership and team management skills for supervisors from the Vending Operations and Service Division, with observers from the Marketing Division also participating.

The training focused on strengthening the essential knowledge and skills needed for effective team management. Key topics included understanding oneself and others through the DISC model, team management based on the Situational Leadership concept, problem analysis using Fishbone Analysis, and Coaching and Active Listening techniques to support sustainable team development.

Throughout the program, participants shared experiences, analyzed workplace challenges, and discussed practical ways to apply what they learned to improve team management and performance. The training reflects the Company’s commitment to developing leaders who can build people, strengthen teams, and drive sustainable success together.
